Prompt: I was feeling very upset after a tough loss, and I asked my dad how they stayed so calm. They told me not to get too attached to the University of Georgia basketball team because sports are unpredictable. They explained that my happiness should not depend on a game that I cannot control myself. This advice helped me realize that I can enjoy the team without letting a loss ruin my whole day. I now watch the games for fun, and I feel much more balanced regardless of the final score.

Summary: We finished notes and a paper.

Reflection: I learned what positive punishment.
