Prompt: Reflect on your research topic and identify the most compelling issue connected to it. Clearly explain what the issue is and discuss why you find it particularly interesting or important. Support your response with specific details from your research.

Prompt: Border control is the system countries use to manage who enters and leaves their borders. One important issue is how to balance national security with treating migrants and refugees fairly. Research shows that strict border policies can sometimes prevent people in danger from finding safety. At the same time, governments argue they need strong control to protect their citizens and resources. I find this issue important because it involves both human rights and safety, which are often difficult to balance.

Summary: Today in class we worked on our topic and did a worksheet.

Reflection: I learned some new algebra concepts.

Think about a time when you felt like an interloper or when someone else felt out of place in your world. How did that situation affect relationships, emotions, or outcomes?

Everyone has burning questions about life. Mysteries we wonder about but don’t always have clear answers for. Think about your biggest questions about existence, purpose, or the world around you. Write a blog post where you share at least two of your most burning questions about life and explain why these questions matter to you.

Write about a time when you did something out of the norm. What was it and how did others react?
