Dickinson uses the metaphor of a funeral to describe her inner struggles. What metaphor would you use to describe your own mind

Prompt: I would describe my mind as a concert, because I'm always listening to music and always want to have fun in any situation. Probably a Treaty Oak Revival concert because they are my favorite band and I love all their songs. Its really the only music I listen to at the moment, when I went to their concert last year it was amazing. I truly though that this is what my mind would feel like if I was inside of it. But sometimes I feel like my mind could feel like a radio head song, or maybe even a motley Crue song. The point I'm trying to make is I have a lot of emotions and thoughts running through my mind all the time. So I cant really pick one.

Summary: We read another Emily Dickinson poem and started our hearts visual representation paper.

Reflection: I learned what Emily's poems were really about and how meaningful they were.

In “The Interlopers” by Saki, Ulrich and Georg view each other as interlopers, outsiders intruding on their land and their lives. Think about a time when you felt like an interloper or when someone else felt out of place in your world. How did that situation affect relationships, emotions, or outcomes?

Everyone has burning questions about life. Mysteries we wonder about but don’t always have clear answers for. Think about your biggest questions about existence, purpose, or the world around you. Write a blog post where you share at least two of your most burning questions about life and explain why these questions matter to you.

Write about a time when you did something out of the norm. What was it and how did others react?
